Grown ups, please find your script below, as before. Also available as a downloadable PDF. Today we will make circle posters. Have you made a circle poster before? They look brilliant on bedroom walls! With a grown up, draw a circle the size of a plate. You may even like to use a plate to draw around. On your circle, draw a picture of every animal that Noah might have invited on to his ark. Why not draw one circle of sea animals, one circle of land animals and one circle of air animals? When you are done, you could put your picture on your bedroom wall or display it proudly on your fridge! Make sure you ask your grown up first! Finally, use your words to tell your story of Noah and his ark to a grown up.

Dear Parents, Today in English, we will continue to learn using the story of Noah’s ark. This task below may not seem like an English lesson at all, but I promise you it is. It is a way of checking children’s comprehension of the stories they are told, their understanding of the language they have heard, and their storytelling skills. The task will also engage your children creatively and help them with the motor skills required to draw. You may wish to do this task too so that you can model a good example. Your script is below as a picture and as a PDF. Love, Greenhouse Learning x
